Client: Whistler Outdoor Learning | Role: Design, Art Direction

Whistler Outdoor Learning is a new recreational education program in Whistler offering an innovative approach to learning through exploration of the outdoors.The program will focus on building young learners imaginations, passions and problem solving skills by guiding them through natural settings.

Simple & scale-able
Something that screams nature right off the bat
Appeals to kids and adults

solution:

Stylized W with a tree outline in the negative space
Modern, contemporary sans-serif font paired with a hand-drawn style for “learning”, since it is a nature camp for young kids
A bright green color that feels fresh, young and fun
